Room for rent in an independent house in Sant Andreu, near the Fabra i Puig metro station. We speak English, Catalan, Spanish, and Portuguese. It's a two-story house, 150 m2, with a patio with fruit trees, land, a garden, and another terrace on the second floor. It's a unique house in the city. You have to see it. I like the balance between conversation and being free and at my leisure. Because there are two floors and the house is so large, there's a lot of independence.
