The room we offer is located in a more private area of the home, separated from the other rooms, and it has its own balcony, which adds extra privacy and a pleasant atmosphere. Our home is always kept clean and well-organized, and we personally take care of the cleaning of the common areas. One important detail about our lifestyle is that we walk without outdoor shoes inside the house. Indoor slippers are required, as we like to keep the space clean and peaceful. We live with our friendly cat, and we value silence, order, and mutual respect. This is an ideal home for guests who appreciate a calm environment and good energy. Room(s): 1. No visitors or parties are permitted. Please keep shared spaces clean and tidy at all times. The kitchen may be used, but it must be left completely clean after each use so that others can use it comfortably. The heating and air conditioning must be turned off when you are not inside the bedroom. We appreciate silence. Music must be listened to with headphones. Our home is very quiet, orderly, clean, and peaceful. We expect guests to respect this atmosphere during their stay.
