Room in a quiet apartment in a residential neighborhood. A quiet and respectful stay is expected, with minimal noise at night. The room has a double bed, sofa, dresser, wardrobe, and a fan for warm city nights. Use of the kitchen, refrigerator, and utensils is permitted, provided everything is left clean. Towels and shower gel are provided. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet to be shared with the host. Responsible use of the washing machine is permitted. The room has a balcony overlooking a quiet residential street. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, shops, and a variety of restaurants. It is very safe and three minutes from the metro station, 15 minutes from the train station that connects directly to the airport and the city's outskirts, and 20 minutes from the city center, yet away from the hustle and bustle.Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas (terrace and balcony).
