Le chic room - Sants Train Station

Hello! I'm Helga and I was born in Vienna, Austria. I came to Spain when I was 18 and fell in love with this warm country! I speak Spanish and German, but unfortunately, I don't speak English. I'm very passionate about fashion, and during my time as a professional model, I traveled all over the world, which gave me amazing experiences and allowed me to meet magnificent people, like Dalí! I love Mediterranean food and paying attention to the little details at the table and in my home. I'm a very close friend to my friends, and I love taking walks around my city, enjoying a good cup of tea, watching a good movie at home, going to my aquagym classes at the gym, and of course...the beach ;-) As for what kind of host I am, I try to make sure my guests have everything they need to feel comfortable, always respecting their personal space and allowing them freedom of movement, while always keeping the house rules in mind :). I rent a bright double room with private bathroom and Wi-Fi in a charming apartment, a 2-minute walk from Sants Station and a 10-minute walk from Hospital Clínic and Hospital Sagrado Corazón. Feel at home and enjoy a unique stay while discovering our beautiful Barcelona. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bright double guest room) with Private bathroom Bright double room. Very quiet. With a desk, chest of drawers, and a large wardrobe for storing clothes and personal items. The bathroom, for the private use of the guest only, is right in front of the room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 690.00 Monthly House Rules: Check-in time: From 2:00 PM Check-out time: At 12:00 PM I like guests to always feel at home :-) Therefore, I always ask you to respect the common areas, leaving everything tidy and clean just as you found it upon arrival. When entering and leaving the apartment, please close the door carefully and quietly. This is a single room and is intended for one person only; therefore, it is prohibited to invite guests to sleep over. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The use of narcotics or illegal substances is prohibited in the home. As for water, it is a scarce resource; use only as much as you need without wasting it. Please respect the rest of your neighbors and keep quiet in the hallway, on the stairs, or in the elevator.
