Welcome to our cozy attic, perfectly located in one of Barcelona’s most iconic neighborhoods! We’re a young couple living in the flat with our quiet and friendly dog. We offer a private single room for one person only, ideal for short stays in the city. Minimum stay: 2 nights / Maximum stay: 10 nights. You'll have access to the shared areas of the apartment: - Fully equipped bathroom - Kitchen with laundry facilities - Spacious terrace - Living room - Dining area We speak Spanish, English, and a bit of German. Please note: Smoking is allowed only on the terrace No visitors or parties are allowed in the apartment ABOUT THE FLAT Our attic apartment is bright and well-connected, with a cozy atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area makes it feel spacious and homey. The highlight of the house is the large terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine, relaxing, or having dinner outdoors — an essential in Barcelona's sunny climate. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1 ) with Shared bathroom This room is a single room for 1 person. It has a bed and a small closet. It is next to the entrance of the house, so it has privacy from the rest of the house Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: - The room is only for one person. - Bringing visits to the appartment is forbidden, as well as organizing parties. - Smoking is not allowed indoors (only at the terrace) - Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. - Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. - No pets are allowed inside (there's already a dog living with us) - Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. - Please keep quiet between 10 pm and 7 am.
