Apartment next metro Barceloneta 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is one metro stop from the Pompeu Fabra University.The rooms face a quiet and little-traveled street. Very quiet at night. Very bright apartment with small balcony with table and chairs that gives the sun by noon / afternoon.  I live alone, I do not have animals and I am away from home all day. I work and I go to the university in the afternoons. I rent a single room with 90 beds with a small table, a wardrobe and a study table. I speak and understand little english.
