I am a reliable, sociable, and empathetic person. Cozy, quiet, tidy, and clean apartment with bright, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Very accessible location to public transportation, both buses and metro lines, just 100 meters from one of the metro lines that connects the city, and a little over 700 meters from Sants Station, the train terminal for major cities in Spain and other European cities. IMPORTANT NOTE: Minors are not accepted, even if accompanied by an adult. We are on the 4th floor without an elevator. Check-in: 4:00 PM Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double room with balcony) with Shared bathroom Spacious, welcoming and comfortable double room with balcony and plenty of light. Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 450.00 Monthly House Rules: Check-in after 4 p.m. Keep the house secure and double-lock the front door. Minors are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 p.m. Do not invite strangers into the house; pets are not allowed. Enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own.
