Cozy double room

Hello! We're Carlos and Josep. Welcome to our cozy apartment in Barcelona. We'd love to welcome you to our double guest room (11 m²), with a private bathroom for your exclusive use (located outside the room). The location is excellent: we're less than a minute from the metro and several bus stops. You can also enjoy the kitchen and living-dining room, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. The house is bright and quiet, decorated with natural wood, lots of plants, and the friendly company of our two cats. The room overlooks an interior courtyard, ensuring peace and quiet. Within 200 meters, you'll find cafes, parks, and numerous places to eat: from casual options like Goiko Grill, Domino's, or Burger King, to more traditional (and certainly tastier!) local restaurants. We live in a quiet, residential neighborhood, although Paseo Maragall, where our building is located, is a lively avenue with all amenities. The apartment is on the first floor with no elevator.
