Hello! We are Carlos and Josep. Welcome to our cozy apartment in Barcelona. We would love to welcome you to our double guest room (11 m²), with a private bathroom for your exclusive use (located outside the room). The room overlooks an interior courtyard, guaranteeing perfect peace and quiet for a good night's sleep. The apartment is bright, decorated with natural wood and lots of plants, and has the friendly company of our two cats. An unbeatable location. We are on Passeig Maragall, a lively avenue with all amenities, in a quiet residential neighborhood. And the best part: less than a minute's walk away you have access to two metro lines, L4 and L5, which connect you quickly and directly to practically any point in Barcelona, including tourist areas, the beach, and the airport. In addition, there are several bus stops right outside the door. Getting around the city couldn't be easier.Within 200 meters you'll find cafes, parks, and a wide variety of dining options: from well-known chains like Goiko Grill, Domino's, and Burger King, to more traditional (and undoubtedly tastier!) local restaurants. You can also enjoy the kitchen, living/dining area, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor (second floor in US/UK terms) and there is no elevator.
