We are Angie and María, a couple living in Barcelona with our dog, Ariz. Our days revolve around simple pleasures: cooking, coffee rituals, bike riding, movie nights, and walks with Ariz around the city. Our space is a beautiful Spanish-style flat that we have converted into a cosy home. Welcoming people from all over the world to share the peace of our home fills us with joy. The place is generously lit, quiet and adorned with greenery. There is always coffee and tea available, and a hammock for quiet moments of rest. If you are looking for a warm and cosy place, we will be happy to open our doors to you. Languages: Spanish, Catalan, English. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Guest Room ) with Shared bathroom This is a quite and cozy doble room. Towels, sheets, and blankets are provided for your convenience. Capacity: 2 Rates: 375.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Check in: From 3pm Until 10pm Check out: 12pm The first day of your arrival, you will have to pay in cash the total amount of the reservation. While we want you to feel at home during your stay, we kindly request that you follow our rules: - Parties or inviting extra guests to the apartment are not allowed. For security reasons and since this is our home, no person or companion who is not registered on the platform will be allowed to enter any space in the house. - Smoking is not allowed. - Please keep the room and the spaces you use clean. - When entering the building please moderate the noise specially if you arrive at late hours. - After 23hrs moderate the tone of voice. - The space of the shower is for one person at a time. - You’re welcome to use the kitchen to prepare simple, cold meals like sandwiches, salads, coffee, tea, etc. - Leave all kitchen utensils clean. - Cooking fish is not allowed. - Laundry are not included in the reservation.
