Room in Shared Flat near P. Spain

We're a couple from Rome and Barcelona living in this apartment. We love traveling, sports, and sushi, and we enjoy hosting guests from other places. We rent a double room in our own home, where we share the bathroom and living room with guests during their stay. We're just a 10-minute walk from Plaza España and Montjuïc, in a quiet area surrounded by parks and nature. You'll also find the Arenas shopping center nearby, and metro (L1) and direct buses to the airport are just a minute's walk away. We like to socialize, recommend places to visit, and offer a local experience, while always respecting everyone's privacy. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double room) with Shared bathroom We offer our lovingly decorated interior double room for anyone who wants to stay with us. It has a closet to leave or hang clothes, a couple of towels, a lamp, and two outlets to charge electronic devices. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: * Stay with sole use of double room and bathroom. * Smoking is not allowed in the house (also on the terrace) * Respect the rest of the host and their neighbors.
