Small Room in Gothic

Renting a small room in the center of Barcelona, right next to the cathedral in the gothic quarter. The flat is very quiet, beautiful and tidy, it's a perfect place to rest. The room has a single bed and it's meant for one person and for a short stay. You will share the bathroom with the other flatmates and you can use the kitchen, living room and our beautiful terrace with view. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Individual Room) with Shared bathroom Interior room with a single bed, some shelves for storage, desk and chair and a fan. Capacity: 1 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Our apartment is very quiet, clean and well looked after. It's a cute bohemian flat in Gothic quarter, with a big private terrace with direct views to the cathedral. You'll be able to spend time there enjoying the sun if you want. It's not a place for partying, and other people live here and we like our peace at night :) Please note two things: 1) the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is NO ELEVATOR. Book only if you're ok with that. 2) We have a cat (he's the cutest boy, but in case you have allergies you should know that).
