A home from home next to MACBA so súper central (but very quiet thanks to climalit windows), access to all of central Barcelona by foot and quick access to trains, metro and buses. Myself and my housemate have lived in Barcelona for some time so know it quite well. Double Room (King size room) with Shared bathroom Very large room with king size bed, large desk space for working, built in storage and lots of light. Capacity: 2 Rates: 230.00 Weekly / 750.00 Monthly House Rules: Please treat this as a home and respect the other housemates, keep it clean and tidy etc., be considerate with noise. Smoking is only on the balcony. Please use the extractor fan and close the kitchen door if cooking. Please leave the rooms as you found them.
