Accommodation with a Brazilian couple

Hello, we are a young couple of Brazilians who live on a large and comfortable floor in the neighborhood of Rocafonda, in Mataró. We would love to share our home with students or travelers, as we greatly value cultural and linguistic exchange. At home we speak Portuguese, Spanish, English and a little bit of Catalan. We offer a large, furnished room, with double bed, built-in closets, fan, study desk and television with access to streaming platforms (PS: There is no air conditioner in the room). The remaining spaces —bath, kitchen, dining room and laundry room— are shared, and you will be completely free to use them. Furthermore, you can enjoy a large outdoor terrace overlooking the main street. We work from home, so we keep the floor clean and we are available to help you with whatever you need. Just in front of the building there is a bus stop that connects directly with the TecnoCampus and the Rodalies train station. It will be a great place to welcome you and spend time with you! Room(s): 1. Double Room (Double room) with Shared bathroom Double room, large and ventilated, with ventilation to the interior patio. It has built-in closet, desk with lamp, gaming console, fan, high-speed internet and TV with access to streaming platforms. Ideal for studying. Capacity: 2 Rates: 134.00 Weekly / 380.00 Monthly House Rules: Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is available from 3:00 pm and check-out must take place before 12:00 pm (midday). If you need to adjust these schedules, please contact us in advance; We will do our best to adapt to your needs. Quiet hours: Out of respect for everyone, we ask that you maintain silence between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am, especially in communal areas. Responsible consumption: We like to be sustainable, so we ask for attention to save energy and water — for example, turning off the lights when leaving a room and not leaving the lights open unnecessarily. Always check to make sure you don't forget. Furthermore, separate the organic base from the recyclable one. Cleaning and organization: Communal spaces must be kept clean and organized after use (kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry, etc.). For long-term guests (more than a week), they must be responsible for cleaning their own home; cleaning products are provided by us. Smoking: Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor terrace. Always leave the lid on the ceiling and make sure that the doors and windows are closed to prevent moisture from entering the floor. Basura: Please collect your basura and discard it in the appropriate containers, following the indicated separation. Bathroom: We ask that toilet paper is not removed without odour, like in a cube of basura. Collect the hair left on the shower tray when finished. If there is a lot of hair in the soil, please remove it too. Visits: Visits are not permitted. Use of the kitchen: The kitchen can be used freely, but it is important to wash and store the utensils after use. You can use salt, vinegar, vinegar and sugar (condiments in general), except for long-stay guests. There is never a space to store your food. We ask that you do not eat in the room, bell at the dining room table. Eating in bed is prohibited. Avoid bringing kitchen utensils into the bedroom — they are not commonly used. We also ask that you be very careful with the induction plate to avoid opening it; That's it, don't place objects on it. Gift: We offer a small, complimentary gift for short-term guests, up to a week. Laundry: You cannot use the washing machine. There are three self-service laundry facilities close to the floor. Only guests who have been there for more than a month can use it as previously agreed with us. Bath and face towels: We provide bath and face towels to short stay guests (for a month). However, it only changes after a week, which is why we ask that you keep both your hands on the roof of your room so that it stays in good condition. Long-stay guests (more than a month) must bring their own towels. Please be careful with your makeup so as not to stain it. Bed linen and blankets: Proportioned and changed weekly. Closet: There is space available to store your things. In the closet we also have a hair dryer and a clothes straightener. After the beach: If you go to the beach, we ask that you get drunk before returning home to avoid betraying the arena. You can use the showers on the beach or the fountains of the park that are next to the floor. This helps to keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone. Keys: You will receive a floor key at the beginning of your stay. There is only one, so it is your responsibility to take care of it. In case of loss, a fee of 10 euros will be charged to replace it. Keys must be returned at check-out. Security: Please help us keep the home safe. When you go out, make sure that all windows and doors are closed and that you close the main door with the key. Also check that there is no key left in the interior lock. If the door is closed with a key from the inside, it will not be able to open and the cost of the lock will be charged quickly. Air conditioning: We have air conditioning in the living room, which we turn on only on very hot days to cool the entire floor. When using it, always check the level of the water outlet bottle and turn it off if necessary. We also ask you to ensure that all doors and windows are closed. Coexistence: We value a respectful, welcoming environment with good communication. Any need, doubt or inconvenience can (and should) be discussed calmly. We are against any type of discrimination or harm. Payment methods: Homestay.com charges every guest, at the time of booking, a fee of 15% of the value of the accommodation. The remainder must be paid at the time of arrival through Bizum, bank transfer or cash, as previously agreed with the host. We ask that the payment method be confirmed before arrival to guarantee a smooth and comfortable experience for both parties.
