This is a space called "ArtAticTherapy8." I live alone here, an artist, and I'm here most of the time. I rent a room with a private bathroom for short stays, for work or student purposes. It's located near TECNOCAMPUS MATARÓ. No visitors allowed. It's a peaceful space, and I'm looking for a peaceful person: a student, artist, teacher, or serious executive. It's 30 km from Barcelona, a 30-minute train ride (the station is a 3-minute walk from the house). It's on the seafront, next to the Port of Mataró and the city center. A photocopy of your ID is required. It's for one person only. Payment is due on the day of arrival, and we'll arrange arrival times with the host, ensuring they work for both of us. I like to see a photo of the person on their profile, and if not, we can have a video call. Working remotely all day from the room is not permitted. It's located next to the sea, the Olympic Port, and the train station. Please use water and electricity responsibly and ethically. This is a peaceful space, and I'm looking for a peaceful person: a student, artist, teacher, executive, or serious Erasmus student. It's 30 km from Barcelona, a 30-minute train ride from a station just 3 minutes from the house. A photocopy of your ID is required, and if you're employed, your most recent payslip. Payment is due on the day of arrival, and we'll arrange arrival times with the host to suit both of us. Smoking is prohibited inside the room, but it is allowed on the terraces.Check-out time on the last day is 11:00am at the latest.
