The check in is possible only during Weekdays and Saturday from 9am until 6pm. Please note, you must transfer the deposit (1 month rent for bookings up to 5 months / from 6 months above 2 months' rent) and admin fee (variable referred below and in the offer) to the landlord within 1 week once your request is confirmed through Uniplaces platform. Furthermore it’s mandatory to send the tenancy agreement together with requested documents : ID / Passport/ Work contract/ University acceptance letter (if applicable)/ Recent paychecks/ Last tax declaration/ Guarantor documentation (ids or passports with recent payslips and proof of address (and/or rent receipt, certificate from your previous landlord, etc.)). Please also note the admin fee depends on the duration of the booking : 1-5 months is 40% of 1 month's rent; 5-10 months is 60% of 1 month’s rent and staying 10 months or more is 75% of 1 month’s rent.
