Lombard's Knights

Hello dear traveler ! This is our family sleeping place in Paris for when we need to go to the beautiful capital! We will not be present during your stay. The bedrooms, living room + bathroom will be all yours. There is no cleaning fees, the minimum stay is 2 nights. If you wish to stay only one night please note that we will ask of a cleaning fee of 90 euros. We will ask for a deposit of 50% - and full payment 4 weeks ahead. You will receive a contract to sign (that is required by the french regulations). We will need to have a copy of your liability insurance. The apartment was decorated a long time ago and hasn't been renovated, so you will benefit from a vintage atmosphere... ( we don't meet with the modern rental standards, it is an old family place : so please be ready to be flexible and understanding ) Welcome in Lombard's Knights ! Best regards Philippe Room(s): 1. Double Room (Lombard's_Knights) with Private bathroom Two single beds joined together to make a 2x80 = 160 cm bed. The second room is where you can do small cooking and have your meals on a small table. There is also a little sofa. Capacity: 2 Rates: 720.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: As mentioned in the description, we will not be present during your stay, so we can't prepare any breakfast. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed inside. Do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Feel comfortable and please respect our home. Treat it as your own house.
