A pleasant and bright room located in the 15th arrondissement, in a neighborhood known for its safety, authentic Parisian atmosphere, and numerous local shops. The apartment is close to shops, markets, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to get around Paris. The Eiffel Tower is about a 25-minute walk away (or a few minutes by metro), offering lovely strolls along the Seine. The room is well-laid out and ideal for a stay in Paris, whether for studies, an internship, or simply exploring the city. The shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom) are available in a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Room(s): 1. No noise, music, or raised voices (including on the phone) are permitted after 10:00 PM, in the rooms or in the common areas. 2) A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage and after the keys have been returned. 3) Any damage caused must be repaired or reimbursed. An invoice will be provided to facilitate reimbursement through your mandatory liability insurance. 4) When booking, please send the following by email: a copy of your ID, proof of social security coverage, and payment of the remaining balance by bank transfer (IBAN). 5) In case of cancellation, please notify both Homestay.com and the host. Any cancellation made up to one month before arrival will result in a full refund, less a €150 bank processing fee.After this period, a fee equivalent to one week's stay will be retained, and 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining period will be refunded. 6) For any stay exceeding one month, the full amount is due. For reservations of six months, one month's notice is required. If no replacement is found, the loss will be shared equally: half of the six-month period will then be due at the monthly rate without the long-stay discount. 7) For long stays with payment in installments, the first month's payment must be made upon booking, and each subsequent month's payment must be made no later than the 10th of the preceding month (20 days before the start of the month in question). In the event of an interruption of the stay without one month's notice, a fee equivalent to one month's stay will be retained without the long-stay discount. 8) It is strictly forbidden to accommodate outside visitors or animals. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited in the apartment. 9) After payment of the 15% registration fee to Homestay, the host's bank details will be sent by email. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer within one week to guarantee the reservation. Any bank charges are the responsibility of the traveler. 10) Accommodation is based on a spirit of mutual respect. Every effort is made to ensure that the stay is as pleasant as possible and leaves guests with wonderful memories of their time in Paris. 1) Compliance with French legislation regarding nighttime noise is mandatory. No noise, music, or loud voices (including phone calls) are permitted after 10:00 pm in the bedrooms or in the common areas. 2) A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage and after the keys have been returned. 3) Any damage caused must be repaired or reimbursed. An invoice will be provided to allow reimbursement through your civil liability insurance, which is mandatory. 4°) At the time of booking, please send by email: a copy of your ID, a Social Security certificate, and payment of the balance by bank transfer (IBAN). 5°) In case of cancellation, both Homestay.com and the host must be informed. Any cancellation made up to one month before arrival will result in a refund of the balance, minus a flat bank fee of €150. After this deadline, an amount equivalent to one week will be retained and 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining period will be refunded. 6°) For any stay longer than one month, the full stay is due. In case of a semester booking, one month’s notice is required. If no replacement is found, the loss is shared 50/50: half of the semester will then be due, at the standard monthly rate without long-stay discount. 7°) For long stays with staged payments, the first month must be paid at the time of booking, and each following month no later than the 10th of the preceding month (20 days before the start of the relevant month). In case of early departure without one month’s notice, a flat fee equivalent to one month at the standard rate (without long-stay discount) will be retained. 8°) It is strictly forbidden to invite external guests or to bring animals. Smoking or vaping is also strictly prohibited inside the apartment. 9°) After payment of the 15% Homestay registration fee, the host’s bank details will be sent by email. The balance of the booking must be paid by bank transfer within one week in order to secure the reservation. Any bank fees are the responsibility of the guest. 10°) Hosting is based on mutual respect.
