Spacious room in Paris center

Top floor spacious room facing south and offering a view on Notre Dame, in a 2 bedroom flat with full-size kitchen and living room.Elevator in the building. Located in the Marais et close to all transports and amenities. Room is available as my son has sabatical year and is traveling , i'm an italian professional based in France and looking for a quiet, respectful and non smoking guest. ideally loking for one guest and 1 month period i can consider hosting 2 guests for a week or so. there is a possibility for the guests to have a private bathroom and tub/shower, and only toilet will be shared, that will be most likely the configuration for 2 guests . My food-style is ancestral ( raw food, little cooking, lots of vegetables, organic , no processed food) . I could consider sharing kitchen facilities only if guest eating style is similar. and of course if guest is very tidy not leaving around dirty dishes and pans. this will be arranged case by case, the basic offer is for bedroom and breakfast provided : morning breakfast, 2 towels, detergent for washing machine sorry not available in the house: tumble drier, microwave oven , television, dishwasher temporarly out of order WIFI available but i prefer to switch it off in the night (11pm to 7 am) as well as any 4G 5G 6G devices to get a better quality sleep Room(s): 1.
