We are happy to welcome you in our Charlotte's Room in Florence. We offer 1 Double room with private ensuite bathroom. (shower/hair-dryer), internet, wi-fi, air conditioning, mini fridge. Simple home breakfast. Paying parking car (very difficult to find). Tram down the street drive you directly to city center in 10 mn. I speak French, English and Italian and enjoys sports, watching movies, music, chorus singing, socializing. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Ensuite bathroom Size:18m2 Luminous, sunny, spacious room with antic furniture. private bathroom with shower, hair-dryer. Balcony Inside: mini-fridge, small lecture corner, air-conditioning in summer. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: -1st rule: read the booklet inside the room to have more info about our room. 2nd rule: don't hesitate to speak with us if there is some difficulty or problem---we help to resolve it! -simple breakfast included -Pic-nic allowed in the room if all big rubbish closed in a plastic bag: I'll throw it myself in the outside container. -No big personal laundry in the room: 1-2 pieces with bathroom soap. (Outside laundry at your disposal). -Smoking outside on balcony is allowed. Enjoy your stay and ask everything we can do for you: i.e: Having some cups or glasses...etc.. Payment Terms: 25% deposit at the time of booking through Homestay. The balance of the stay to be paid upon arrival at the house via PayPal. CITY TAX (Florence): €6 per person per day to be added. Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this period, the 25% initial deposit will not be refunded.
