IMPORTANT NOTICE The building has been recently renovated and construction works are completed: the building is free from scaffolding and construction-related disturbance. Elevators and Wi-Fi will be activated after the final administrative closure of the works (expected between March and April); this note will be removed once all services are fully operational. Extra Costs of Stay: In addition to the rental fee, the following costs are payable: - Security deposit, returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages. - Final cleaning of the accommodation: €150. - Management fee: €150 per month, which includes: Support for all needs. Registration of contract with the Internal Revenue Service. Fitting out with bed linen, towels and welcome kit. Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. Assistance 7/7 for emergencies. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the summary and the contracts to be signed: - Short Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform - Service Contract : Defines the management of your stay. - Temporary Rental Contract: Between the guest and the owner of the house. Before logging in, you will need to: - Sign the contracts. - Register at the link received with your documents. - Pay the required amounts Please note: The Italian tax code is required to register the transitional contract and must be requested at the Embassy or at the Tax Agency within 30 days of entry to avoid sanctions.
