Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to sign: - Short-Term Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform - Service Contract: Defines the management of the stay. - Temporary Lease Agreement: Between the guest and the homeowner. Before moving in, you will need to: - Sign the contracts. - Register using the link provided with your documents. - Pay the required fees. Please note: The Tax Code is required to register the temporary contract and must be requested from the Embassy or the Revenue Agency within 30 days of moving in to avoid penalties. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, but a nearby library is open 24/7 with high-speed Wi-Fi. IMPORTANT The building has recently been renovated and construction work is complete: the building is free of scaffolding and disruptions.
