Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to sign: - Short-Term Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform - Service Contract: Defines the management of your stay. - Temporary Lease Agreement: Between the guest and the landlord. Before entering, you will need to: - Sign the agreements. - Register using the link provided with your documents. - Pay the required fees. Please note: The Tax Code is required to register the temporary lease and must be requested from the Embassy or the Revenue Agency within 30 days of entry to avoid penalties. IMPORTANT The building has been recently renovated and construction work is complete: there is no scaffolding or disruption to the building.
