Each room has independent air conditioning, a safe and an electronic lock, and there are normal curtains and blackouts. The house has a huge kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, induction stove, 600 liter fridge, plus the house has a washing machine. The price includes: rent, condominium expenses, periodic cleaning of the apartment - common parts - and an upfront fee of 80 per person for all utilities followed by an adjustment. The upfront fee is generally sufficient to cover all utilities, only if you use heating or air conditioning particularly intensively you may have to pay an additional refund. Deposit: you will be asked to pay a deposit which will be returned to you at the end of the rental period. Optional costs on request: bed linen supply €25 flat rate for the entire period, room cleaning €15/hour. Final cleaning, if necessary, costs €15/hour. Bicycles are also available, for which you will not have to pay a rental fee but only a deposit. The project includes cleaning of common areas, which is already included in the rental fee.
