The building houses several apartments from our Bligny Collection, making it an ideal solution for groups of friends, colleagues, or families wishing to stay in the same building in separate but adjacent accommodations. When booking an apartment from the Collection, guests may be assigned to any of the available units; however, those wishing to be sure of a specific accommodation can contact us immediately after booking to check availability. The condominium is currently undergoing renovations, scheduled for completion in February 2026. Extra Stay Fees: In addition to the rent, the following costs apply: - Security deposit, returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found. - Final cleaning of the accommodation: €150. - Management fee: €150 per month, which includes: Support for any needs. Registration of the contract with the Revenue Agency. Provision of bed linens, towels, and a welcome kit. Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. 7-day emergency assistance. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to sign: - Short-Term Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform - Service Contract: Defines the management of the stay. - Temporary Lease Agreement: Between the guest and the homeowner. Before moving in, you will need to: - Sign the contracts. - Register using the link provided with your documents. - Pay the required fees. Please note: The Tax Code is required to register the temporary contract and must be requested from the Embassy or the Revenue Agency within 30 days of moving in to avoid penalties. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, but a nearby library is open 24/7 with high-speed Wi-Fi. This building is undergoing major renovations, affecting both the internal common areas and the exterior façade. IMPORTANT The building has recently been renovated and construction work is complete: the building is free of scaffolding and disruptions. Elevators and Wi-Fi will be available after the construction work is completed (approximately between March and April); this notice will be removed as soon as all services are fully operational.
