Cozy room in city center

I have two extra rooms, one extra bathroom and one extra kitchen for my guests in my apartment. Yes I have two kitchens! I can guarantee safety, privacy and tranquility. The location is perfect because it is well connected to anywhere in the city and walking distance to Colosseum, basilicas and Termini Station. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Sofia Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Double Room (Aurora Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 450.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No smocking No parties Silence hours from 10.30 pm to 7.30 am The municipal tax of 6 euros per night per guest (up to ten days! So maximum 60 euros if you stay one month) is not included and has to be paid upon arrival as well as 10 euros for final cleanings. For reservations longer than one week there will be a cleaning and change of linen each week (10 euros each time). It is not allowed to let people who are not registered in the house.
