Cozy house in Box Hill North Suburb. 10 mins walk to the bus stops and only 10 mins bus to Westfield shopping Centre and Box Hill Centre. 30 mins bus direct to the CBD. There are many parks around where you can have a walk after hours. Very safe location. We are a family of mum and daughter. The rooms are fully furnished with air conditioning. Shoes are left at the entrance door in the shoes area. Noise: - I won’t mind you playing music or chatting with your friends via mobile or internet but please try to do this before 10:30pm at night. - If you need to call your family after this time due to time zone differences, please try to keep the noise to minimum level. - Always try to keep the noise level at a point where it doesn’t upset other family members or their sleep regardless of the time.
