Train 10 min walk away. Easy commute to Melbourne city (35 mins train), Monash university Caulfield (10 mins tram), Uni of Melb (45 mins), Swinburne Uni Hawthorn (15 mins), St Kilda beach (15 mins) and much more. Large park close by. You will be sharing the house with working parents, 17 year old boy twins, 15 year old girl. Plus two friendly dogs.
