Young Friendly Host with a Home Gym

Hello My name is Lucas and I am a 32 year old male who currently lives alone in my 3 bedroom home located 10 minutes away from Griffith University and 20 minutes from the beach. My home is located in a safe and quiet street just 2 minutes from Paradise Point Broadwater park/shops and right next to the Coombabah nature reserve which is home to koalas and kangaroos. I currently work caring for school aged children at a local primary school on the Gold Coast, so I get to spend most the morning and early afternoon at home or at the beach and early mornings and late afternoons at work on a split shift roster. My homes garage has been turned into a home gym and can be used whenever you’d like. I also have access to a private community pool, spa, gym and sauna just 2 minute drive or 5 minute bike ride from my house that can be used from 9am-9pm. If you are coming with a friend and want to stay together then I have a 3rd bedroom available as well. When I’m not on holidays snowboarding I enjoy spending my free time exploring/hiking our hinterlands and waterfalls in Tambourine & Springbrook mountains or at the beach surfing and swimming and going on day and weekend trips away in my RV to Byron etc.. I also enjoy getting out and about to do just about anything when it’s good weather. I have a beautiful cat called Mila. She is a black long haired ragdoll with a very sweet and gentle personality. She mostly spends her time sleeping inside or playing outside but loves the occasional head scratch on the lounge at night. So, if you’re someone who loves to get out, try new things and explore the beautiful beaches and hinterlands of the Gold Coast then we might just be a great fit! I look forward to hearing from you!
