I have 1 double room to let out. It is furnished and would suit a student or individual that needs to be close to the city for work or study. In a quiet and secure complex, with friendly neighbours. Single Room (Double room) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Be respectful of me and my neighbours No loud music No friends or partners staying overnight Clean up after yourself. (This means in every room) My room is off limits. I will ensure you have space in the fridge and the room has a small drinks fridge to use. If the garbage bin is full, please take it down and replace the bag.
