Spacious, friendly, Family home

We are couples with grown up kids. Our kids have their own house now, so leave our house with spare room. Our house most of the time is very quiet. Currently, we will only take female student. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: House rule: We treat our home-stay guests as family and expect the same respect back. 1. Please keep ur room tidy all the time. Tidy ur bed and clothes ( do not leave dirty clothes inside ur room, it ll make ur room smells). Clean, mop, vacuum and dusting. 2. Clean as you go when u use the toilet. Make sure it is clean after u use it. Wipe the seat and under the seat to make it ready for the next person to use it. 3. Strictly no visitor. 4. Pls don't eat inside your room, or if you do, make sure to clean it straight away. Do not leave any dirty plate or cups inside ur room. ( it will trigger ants to feel welcome inside the house. ) 5. After eat, pls clean your own dishes. 6. Rent is not included with food. You may use the kitchen to cook and prepare your own meal.
