15min to UNSW, 25min to USYD, Master bedroom with ensuite

15min to UNSW, 25min to USYD, young and funky suburb. Sunny master bedroom with ensuite and your own balcony. I am a USyd student. My major is music; hence I play piano a lot (with earphones). I have a small cat who stays in my room mostly. I am friendly and work part-time; I cook sometimes; therefore I have a fully equipped kitchen. I would like a friendly young person (prefer uni student) to share the near new sunny modern apartment with. You will have the master bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom, and your own balcony. Currently furnished, but if you'd like your own furniture, that is ok. The building is a few minutes from the bus stop to USyd or UNSW and within walking distance of the Greensquare train station.
