I have a comfortable home with a couple of fully furnished rooms available. I live close to the beach in Seaholme. We’re surrounded by nature walks and bike trails. In a very peaceful area. Pelicans and swans fly over my house every day on the way to the beach. I live here with my two dogs Frida and Joe in a happy environment. Your rooms both have desks, and plenty of room for your clothes and books. I have two bathrooms available and two toilets and a huge backyard where I grow veggies to cook yummy meals with. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Blue room ) with Shared bathroom This room has a comfortable queensize bed with built in wardrobe and a set of drawers, bed side tables, lamps and desk and heating or cooling. You share the bathroom with me. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Lock up house when leaving, don’t leave heaters and lights on when not home. Keep tidy and remove rubbish regularly.
