Private ensuite

My partner and I live in a townhouse with 2 cats in Werribee, near Victoria University and only 4-minute drive from Pacific Werribee Shopping Mall and everything it offers. We both work full-time in public jobs and would be happy to rent our additional private ensuite to a tidy and easygoing cat-loving student. The cats have their toilet in a cage located in the garage, external to the living room. However, they are the house owners, meaning you must love cats or at least be able to live respectfully with them. You are free to decide to give them access to your room or not, but we give them free access to all other rooms in the house. Note: cats are indoor only. We are quiet and busy people, so party people are not welcome. We do not offer meals and rarely cook, but you will have some space in our large fridge and access to the kitchen. You will also have access to our backyard where we are building a zen garden for meditation. We also have a shed that you can use to protect your bicycle from the weather. Plenty parking available on the streets. I am the one responsible for the house cleaning and that includes your ensuite but I need your cooperation to keep the house clean, so I expect you to clean after yourself. Single Room (Ensuite n.2) with Ensuite bathroom This is an additional ensuite with an inbuilt wardrobe, single bed with orthopedic matress, a study desk with book stands and a bedside lamp. It's a room filled with natural light. Fridge is in the living room, shared with host. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: 1-Must love cats. 2-Doors must be always kept closed as cats are indoor only. 3-Clean after yourself. 4-No loud music or TV - feel free to use headphones. 5-No guests over. 6-No drugs, alcohol, cigarretes or vaping in the premises.
