Our coliving has been designed with community living in mind and features two fully furnished shared kitchens and a shared indoor workspace that is perfect for collaborating with others. Additionally, our spacious patio garden provides ample space to enjoy nature and work outside, while the chill-out area with a barbecue is perfect for winding down and socializing with fellow residents. The house features four full bathrooms and an additional toilet. With a focus on modern and minimalist design, simplicity and functionality are combined to create a space that's ideal for both productivity and relaxation. Whether you're a digital nomad, remote worker, student, or young professional, our coliving offers the perfect balance of privacy and community living. Thanks to our five active colivings, all located in the same neighborhood and part of the same network, we are proud to host an international community of digital nomads. Regular formal and informal meetups and workshops are organized for our community, with the aim of sharing ideas, experiences, and networking. Our colivings provide great comfort and a relaxed atmosphere for an outstanding community of remote workers and digital nomads. If you need to shorten you will receive a credit for future use. Yes, we are flexible with check-in times , just coordinate it in advance with our team. We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33. There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors. We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use. Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings Good vibes and willingness to be part of the community. We have outdoor cameras to control access to the properties. No, just leave it tidy, no need to clean profoundly. Yes we can store your luggage if you have a late flight Yes, the communal area is cleaned weekly. Gran Canaria is a miniature continent where you can do all kinds of activities except for snowboarding :) Depending on which coliving you join there will be between 4 and 35 people in each location. We promote interaction between the different locations so the whole community is larger than the individual coliving communities. Yes, we have a community manager who takes care of the needs of the community members. Very broad, mostly northern and eastern European, a growing number of Americans ( north & south). A smaller number of Asians. 1 month Yes, your belongings are safe. We have a no-lock policy on the bedrooms except in our largest location in El Cabo. Yes all our coliving locations are in safe neighbourhoods. All of our coliving locations have great restaurants at walking distance. The public transportation works very well in Gran Canaria and is quite cheap. The airport is 30 minutes drive from Las Palmas and 50 minutes drive to Agaete ( El Cabo ) Yes, all rooms are private, and many of them include desks inside. Also, the house is very large, so guests can distribute themselves among the different common areas for privacy. Yes, all the rooms are furnished.
