Do I have to clean the room when I check out? We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected. You are allowed to check-in earlier if the room is ready. Extentions are based on availability To terminate your stay before the due date you can get in touch with us, we will find a suitable solutions for both parties Just a simple presentation of yourself. Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT overnight. If you wish to have a friend or partner to visit you for a couple days get in touch with us and we can come to an agreement. Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions. As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no. We do not accept pets. By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious: 1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night. We recommend that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own. The common areas come fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential. You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy. No. But you have a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food. There are grocery stores nearby for your convenience. Entire and deep cleaning is carried out 3 times per week.
