We are a family of five but only 2 live in our big apartment with 4 bedroom. All our 3 adults children studied abroad and we are all very happy to meet you and invite you to be part of our family. We rent 3 individual rooms people use to enjoy very much. Many time unvailable because of that. Weekly cleaning with changing linen and towels, soap and toilet paper. Use of kitchen and laundry available. We have a beautiful green park, cafés, mini market, bus and a metro station next to our building to take you visit the wonderful Lisbon and all around. Come to join us! Come to visit, to study or to work in the amazing Lisbon. And listen some stories through the eyes of this Portuguese family with some roots in African continent and other two guests from all over the world! We made a party when we join at the weekend!! Weekly cleaning. Amazing location next to the yellow line subway Quinta das Conchas. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Quinta das Conchas One) with Shared bathroom Large shinning room with individual bed, coach and varanda! Complete bathroom to share with another guest. Weekly cleaning. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly House Rules: Let the bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen tidy after use, like you do in your own home. No smokers. No pets allowed.
