Large bedroom with enormous BIR in a large, sunny home. It has a spacious, sunny kitchen/meals/living, enormous sunny lounge, back and front balconies, big back garden, and as a bonus, companionship if you feel like it, but we all have our privacy too. You will be sharing with 2 other students and one working person. It's a great home with a warm, ethical vibe. It's clean and functions well. Close to City, UWA, QEII, walking distance to Subi and a short train ride to the beach, and the bus circle route just 5 mins down the road. Bonus is 8 mins walk to Coles, Wards Cafe, newsagent, etc. This is a great spot, good home to base yourself especially if at UWA or QEII. One student is at UWA and the other at Curtin.
